Strategic location: quiet place, yet close to the center of events and within walking distance of the shop, beach and promenade. The entire peninsula around the village of Vrsi is at your fingertips - 35 km of coastline with crystal clear water. Sandy beaches with gradual entry into the water and pebble beaches and great places for water sports and diving. The oldest royal town of Nin and the Queen's Beach are only 5 minutes by car. During the high season, we prefer stays from Saturday to Saturday. We are very happy to provide you with advice and help, even when it comes to trips and other activities. Right next to the house there is a large private parking lot (just for you) and within walking distance is the entire promenade in Vrsi Mulo with many restaurants, complete beach service, children's playgrounds and other attractions, as well as a pine forest that offers plenty of natural shade for those who prefer privacy and peace. There are several grocery stores about 5 minutes walk from the property. The location of the apartment house guarantees convenient access to all services of the seaside resort of Vrsi, but at the same time offers space for quality relaxation. This is a detached house in a strategic location of the village, which is also an ideal starting point for many trips and pleasant walks. The nearest beach is 800 m from the property, however, the entire peninsula is surrounded by countless other beaches (therefore, within a 5-minute drive you can explore a variety of them and you are not tied to just one place), so you can comfortably enjoy a different beach every day depending on your current mood.
