We are located on the Island of Solta, Maslinica in Sesula Bay (10 min. walk from Maslinica). This resort consists of 2 Houses and 2 Apartments. Each house/apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen/entry room/dining area, and full bathrooms. All have a spacious terrace with lounge furniture and a breathtaking sea view. There are 3 paths to the sea with 2 berths for your boat, a swimming pool (from June to the end of Sept), and 3 BBQs on the property. Excellent for family or group travelers, can accommodate up to 18+ people at once. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Laundry room on property. We are pet-friendly. House A1 is behind and to the side of House A2. It has a great view of the sea and complete privacy, you only share the pool with other guests. New- It has 2 large terrace with private BBQ and cooking area.

House A2 was recently remodeled, very spacious accommodation. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, an open space- kitchen, living room, dining area, and a large terrace with outside cooking w/ BBQ. Breathless view of the sea from every room.

Apartment A3 is on the upper level of the two-level house by the pool. Has a fantastic view of the sea from every room and balcony with an outside dining area. Remodeled and upgraded in 2023.

Apartman A4 is on the lower level of the house by the swimming pool. Great view of the sea with a large terrace and balcony for outside dinning. Newly remodeled in 2024.
