ISLAND OF HVAR, small village SVETA NEDJELJA, 15 km from JELSA, 25 km from Stari Grad ferry-boat, 45 km from town Hvar by main road (or 15 km by rough road but suitable for a car). It is on south side of the island, beneath the Hill St. Nikola, ecology zone with lot’s of vineyards, ideal for people who like natural Adriatic environment, not too urban, with very clear sea, beautiful and wild nature and coast. Comfortable environment for quite family vacation but also for active vacation (sea, hill, bicycles…). Our family summer-house VILLA YPSILON is surrounded by pine-trees, on the slope ground, downhill. It is 130 m, uphill from the sea and 180 from a small picturesque pebble beach, suitable also for children, along the coast there is a lot of small rocky beaches. It is 500 m from little sailboat marina with small beach(possibly you can arrange a boat to the nearest beaches and sites), and 550 m beneath old village where you can find a supermarket, church, buy domestic products (wine, olive oil, honey…). The house is new build. All apartments have two rooms (3-5 beds), an equipped kitchen in part of bigger room, a bathroom, have separate entries, separate terraces, parking-place, air conditioning. TV on big terrace. Free Wi-Fi Internet. In facilities behind house you can use washing machine, deep freezer, storage for seaside equipment. In the garden next to house you can use garden terrace, grill, swing-sofa, surrounded in Mediterranean plants… It is also suitable for two or more families. Small, wild, Sea adventure centre is 600 m through forest from the house, wild beach, for those who like raw nature and free climbing, trekking, windsurfing, sea kayaking, diving, snorkeling... There is 2 km (by foot, car or boat) to beautiful, wild pebble beach - Lučište. For some easy mountain trekking, above the old village and vineyards there is an old small monastery, in ruins, in natural cave. Also several paths to top of Island - Sveti Nikola 628 m - are available also for biking or mountain biking. There are two nice restaurants by the sea (300-400 m from the house).
