It is forbidden to remove apartment towels, blankets and other items from the apartment. We ask for responsible behavior and handling of the apartment inventory. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only on the balcony. Please consider the possible risk of fire. There is a drying rack in the apartment. Please do not dry towels on the balcony railing. When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and lock the front door. Turn off all electrical appliances (air conditioning). Be sure to turn off the water. Immediately before departure, the guest is required to attend an inspection of the apartment. The keys must be returned after the end of the rental period. During the summer, please take out the trash from the apartment daily. Please do not bring people who are not our guests into the apartment. The house rules are an integral part of the rental period. The guest is required to study the house rules at the beginning of the rental period. WE WISH YOU A PLEASANT STAY! The reservation is established for a specific apartment when the guest pays 20% of the total price. The rest is paid on the day of arrival to the apartment. In case of timely cancellation (28 days before arrival) the advance payment is returned in full. For cancellations shorter than 27 days, the advance payment is not returned. If you pay the total price in advance, we grant a 10% discount.
