Our house is situated in a peaceful area of Njivice (Island Krk) with a beautiful sea view from 2 spacious terraces (17m2, 15m2), which are available to visitors and equipped with sunbeds and terrace sitting areas to enjoy meals and drinks. On mostly sunny days, terraces offer panoramic view of the sea, city of Rijeka and Istrian coastline on the other side. House is surrounded by the garden, which creates enough privacy and provides shade if needed. Apartment house is rented as a whole (2 floors with 2 terraces, 2 bedrooms, living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen). TV with satellite and WIFI is available at all times during your stay. Air conditioning is available on both floors. Apartment is equipped with new and modern household furniture; it is clean and cozy to make your stay comfortable. The distance from the sea is 320 meters, which means you can reach the nearest beaches in 10 minutes.
