Dear guests , welcome to the apartments Kulás ! Ribarica is a small tourist town located below the Adriatic highway , at a Velebit and Velebit channel. We offer a peaceful and relaxing holiday , you can enjoy clean water and fresh air. Due to the proximity to beautiful beaches and unspoilt countryside are apartments ideal for family holidays. Our apartments offer you complete comfort and soothing atmosphere . The house consists of two apartments , which are equipped with new furniture and appliances. Each apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom and large terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils for cooking and eating . Each apartment has a terrace overlooking the sea with sitting on the terraces . In the garden there is a barbecue , where in complete shade you can enjoy a delicious barbecue , in the garden is an outdoor shower that is also available. The yard is surrounded by a stone wall. From the building you get to the beach by stairs, while there is a road to the large beach. In our street in the immediate vicinity there is a quality restaurant and pizzeria . Also, guests can enjoy trips to the memorial "Nikola Tesla " , Kutarevo - a haven for bears , Plitvice Lakes National Park , Samograd Cave, National Park Northern Velebit , Nehaj fortress , National park Paklenica, the famous beach Zrce ... Price for each apartment in the preseason is 50 euros , 80 euros in high season , regardless of the number of guests. This includes tourist tax . Each apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Reservations - payment to our account in the amount of € 100 per apartment. The balance is due upon arrival at the residence registration .
