Guests of our APP1 and APP2 appreciate the beautiful sea view from the terrace and large balconies with deck chairs (40 m2), the proximity of the sandy beach in Crikvenica (7 min walk, the main attraction of the destination, especially suitable for children), the cleanliness of APP1 and APP2 and the friendly host who is always available to APP guests by mobile phone or in person. For reservations of APP1 4+1 in the period from 03.07. - 28.08.2026., guests arrive FRIDAY - FRIDAY! For reservations APP2 6+1 in the period from 04.07. - 29.08.2026., guests arrive SATURDAY - SATURDAY. Outside the main season in June and September 2026, guests can arrive every day of the week, or by arrangement. APP1 and APP2 are equipped with new furniture in the bedrooms with comfortable beds, with quality bedding and towels for guests, air conditioning, WI FI fast internet (200 Mb/s), a large living room with a sea view and a dining room, with a sofa bed that can be converted into an extra bed, SAT/TV, a kitchen with an electric stove, microwave and all necessary utensils, the bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine for guests, we have secured parking in the fenced yard of the house, tourist tax, taxes, i.e. everything listed above in the description is included in the price of APP1 and APP2!
